Steps for Application

1. Document Preparation: Gather all necessary documents as listed below.
2. Date Booking: Assistance provided for booking an appointment with VFS Nepal, the official partner responsible for visa application processing for Japan.
3. Application Submission: Submit all required documents at VFS Nepal during the scheduled appointment.
4. Visa Processing: VFS Nepal forwards the application to the Japanese Embassy for review and issuance.

Documents Required for Visa Processing

1. Japanese Language Test Certificate: Proof of Japanese language proficiency.
2. Original Passport: Valid passport with sufficient blank pages.
3. Japanese Certificate Provided by Consultancy: A certificate from the language institute or consultancy.
4. Appointment Letter: Confirmation of your booked appointment with VFS Nepal.
5. Visa Application Form: Completed and signed visa application form.
6. Passport Copies: 3 color photocopies of the passport.
7. Certificate of Eligibility (COE):
   • Original COE (if available).
   • If COE Copy: A color printout of the front and back of the COE; 3 photocopies.
